Our refund and returns policy lasts for 24 hours. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. Refunds are only applicable for courses (the 5TB bundle is not included) and do not apply to any products or store items. Please note that the 5TB bundle is non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require your order number, registered email, or phone number to track your order details.

Refunds

Once you request a refund, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 3 to 7 working days.
